The Site Rent as at 1 November 2010 represents outstanding value
at $138.02 per week. (Site Rents are adjusted annually.)

Site Rents at all Living Gems Resorts are paid via automatic electronic transfer monthly
in advance. In exchange for paying Site Rent, Residents enjoy the following benefits:

  1. The right to access and use, on an exclusive basis, all Resort facilities, amenities and common areas.
  2. Never having to mow or edge lawns at the front of their world class homes. Our professional Resort staff ensure that lawns to the front of your property are tended to on a regular basis.
  3. The right to join and actively participate in a variety of Resident organised groups, committees and associations - all of which are intended to promote companionship and collective belonging.
  4. Extensive protection mechanisms afforded to all Residents by the Manufactured Homes (Residential Parks) Act 2003 - a State Government body of legislation, which regulates the operation of Queensland's manufactured home park industry.
